ARE YOU ONE OF OUR MISSING COLLEAGUES ?

As most members know, we had a unanimous vote to become a Limited Company for various reasons, mainly due to being an operating locomotive group now. As a consequence of this we have had to re-issue all members shareholding with a new share certificate bearing the new company name ie 7903 Limited.
What this has confirmed is, that unfortunately we have lost contact with some of our members. Several of our postal communications come back with ‘Not Known At This Address’ etc. Hopefully most of these are just people moving and not advising us of their new address. It is a long shot, but I just thought that one or two of the missing might just read this article and get in touch with me. If you invested in getting us to the great position we are in today with a working Foremarke Hall and have not received your new share certificate, then please get in touch with me with your current details. 7903 Ltd AGM

12.00 noon at Toddington 10th January 2010

We are sad to report that we had to cancel the above AGM due to the terrible weather conditions that made it impossible to travel on that day

We are planning to re-convene the meeting on the 28th March 2010

(We are using the Boardroom which is just to the left and rear of the Flag & Whistle buffet)

This will be confirmed to all members by another Hallmarke magazine to be sent out soon

Those whose email address we already know have agreed for us to send them future Hallmarkes etc as an attachment to an email. If you have not already supplied your email address to Jim Clarke, he would appreciate it if you could
